Outsourcing Software Development to India

The advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing software development to India.

Advantages in Outsourcing

Primarily it is cost. The cost of resources are up to 30% of an IT resource in the US or Europe, and probably better qualified. The salary of a developer is a mere $9000 per year. The resources that you are using are likely to incur lower expenses and promise to be more flexible. There are no employment issues. Most Indian employees will be happy to fly economy class and do not demand business hotels. Resourcing is not a problem with 70,000 IT professionals graduating in 2001.

Disadvantages in Outsourcing

Many outsourcing business cases are drawn up on the understanding that the development will be done off site, maximising cost savings. However, those that have done it in practice have ended up onsite. This is due to business understanding; it becomes important to be in the same room as your users. This is particularly the case with web development, where some western businesses have found the Indian view of colour co-ordination somewhat lurid.

There are also significant cultural differences that have to be appreciated. In Indian culture, there is a great deal of respect shown to your manager and their word is rarely questioned, certainly not in public. Communication is much more formal, people call each other by their surnames and call their managers "sir". Many managers have also witnessed an unwillingness to admit mistakes or a lack of understanding amongst Indian workers. All managers interviewed have also found out the hard way that Indians will follow written instructions to the letter rather than seeking clarification or by using common sense. An example where a specification asked for too many buttons to fit on one screen - rather than reduce the size of the buttons, the developers created a second menu screen with a solitary button on it.

Risks in Outsourcing

1. Unproven on Large Scales

It is apparent that the industry is still young and largely unproven. There are, however, many success stories which are fuelling the fire. It is important for business managers to realise that there will not be any perceivable benefit for at least two years. Overall costs will increase during this time as you simultaneously retain local staff while the Indian resources come up-to-speed.

2. Work Permits

Part of the outsourcing arrangements are to have some of the team come and work in the customer's premises for a few months, most arrangements stipulate that there are resources stationed onsite liasing with colleagues abroad. It will be difficult for outsourcing companies to offer onsite resources and retain savings. This could severely disrupt the outsourcing arrangements. Check your contracts!

3. Stability of the Offshore Countries

Many of my work colleagues are predicting the worsening of relationships between India and Pakistan. Fearing the worst, a nuclear war would have a severe impact on any economic activity in India, in spite of the centres being far away from the disputed Kashmir region. While it is hoped that conflicts such as this will never arise, India is still relatively unstable. The riots in Chennai two years ago caused many lost days of development time and forced several firms to up and move from the region.

Companies must ensure that the outsourcing companies have disaster recovery and business continuity plans in place, or in the worst case should prepare for the eventuality of non-availability of their outsourcing partners.

Three Ways Music Can Help You To Lose Weight Danielle RiversThree Ways Music Can Help You To Lose Weight

by Danielle Rivers

Music is the key to the soul. It can lift you up and put a smile on your face or alternatively it can bring you down and reduce you to tears. Music is powerful and fortunately you can use it to help with your weight loss.

The interesting thing about music is that the same track or song can induce different emotions in different people. If you met the love of your life during a particular song, then you probably enjoy it and feel happy when you hear it played on the radio. Another person may have been cruelly dumped by their boyfriend during that same song, played at the same time somewhere else in the world, chances are this song brings back all that pain and hurt the breakup caused.

Have you ever played upbeat music loudly when working out or been to a nightclub and found yourself dancing all night because the music was so good? Music not only generates positive emotions but it can also help to motivate you. Music can bring out the best in all of us, it makes you feel good and encourages us to move or dance. So how can music help you to lose weight?

Here are my top three tips to use music with your diet.

1. Choose your favourite music album and as soon as you wake up in the morning put it on. Listen to it as you have breakfast and get ready for your day. It will put a spring in your step and help you to be positive, you will feel capable of anything and that feel-good feeling will carry you through the day. Being positive and happy makes you much more motivated and you will find sticking to your diet easy.

2. Put music in your car. Listening to the radio can help to relax you after a hard days work. If you get home stressed out and grumpy, you are much more likely to go to the cupboard and overeat. Play music in the car, as loud as you like and have a good sing. Putting all your frustrated energy into singing will help you feel relaxed and give your mood a much needed boost. You will get home refreshed and energetic rather than exhausted and feeling down.

3. If in the evening you are bored watching television you will find yourself going to the cupboard to snack on foods. This is a really bad time for all dieters. Turn off the television and put some music on, do your household chores, have a dance with your children, play games or invite friends over for coffee. Not only are you not overeating but you are also spending quality time with your family or friends.

I cannot tell you which is the best song to listen to or even which album motivates people the most. The choice is yours. It will be different for everyone and will probably depend on many factors, age, taste in music, life events, lifestyle, etc. What I can say is have a good look through your music collection and choose several albums, this way you wont get bored too easily and will enjoy the music. Try listening to songs you used to love when you were younger, it brings back happy memories and encourages you to lose those extra pounds

Think about buying a personal walkman or an MP3 player, both are small are portable ways to listen to music when you out and about. It might even motivate you into going for a long walk.Get some fresh air into your lungs and enjoy it. Dont look at it as exercise, it is simply getting out of the house to stretch your legs.

Good luck with your slimming and I hope the music tips help you with your weight loss.

KPO-New 'Knowledge Market' For India

India has been the leader in offshore low end IT and BPO work, specifically customer service outsourcing. Nevertheless, the country is bracing itself to take on complicated tasks that are higher in value. Now India is getting both low and high-end work in BPO and IT.

India has a vast and growing pool of expert resources that can work remotely and can meet the deficits of skilled professionals across the globe. Around 2.5 million graduates pass every year in India. The recruitment and grading up for any organization is easier in comparison to other locations.

As per a research, the KPO (knowledge process outsourcing) sector is rising more rapidly than low-end services sector. While the low-end outsourcing services sector is approximated to grow at a slow rate, KPO services market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 46% to reach US $ 17 billion by 2010 from US $ 1.2 billion of 2003.

India produces 300,000 engineers annually against 65,000 of US. So a large pool of skilled researchers at low cost is readily accessible to companies. India also houses world famous educational institutions like IIT, IISc and NITs with a wide network of about 3000 research labs and 400 state-run labs. MNCs that are outsourcing R&D to India can use this intellectual capital to their profit. Indian government is supporting R&D activities by providing various incentives to companies that are conducting research in India. With the help of these factors, India will secure a key position in the global R&D panorama.

Outsourcing To India - Telesales

Introduction

When the so-called outsourcing revolution began some ten years ago, nations like India were prime targets for companies and other enterprises that were attempting to reduce the costs of certain functions that previously were undertaken in house. In this regard, a significant number of business enterprises and other organizations turned to India-based enterprises as outsourcing providers.

A common example of the type of outsourcing that was being undertaken within the nation of India was customer service and technical support. Many business enterprises turned to Indian providers because of the fact that employees in India are paid far less than what employees are paid in North American and most European nations. Thus, businesses were able to save a great deal of money by outsourcing different functions that once were undertaken in house and at a significantly greater cost.

Status of Outsourcing to India

The movement towards and pace of outsourcing to India has slowed in recent years. Indeed, some companies that have outsourced to India have commenced recalling some of the functions that had been outsourced to India either back in house or to contract providers in other parts of the world.

There are a number of reasons that some businesses have started to move away from outsourcing to India in recent years. (One does need to keep in mind that India was the primary spot where a great deal of outsourcing functions were being undertaken as the outsourcing trend really became a more steady flow in the 1990s and the early part of the 21st century.

Some businesses have expressed concerns about the quality of services that they have been receiving from outsourcing providers in the 21st century. This particularly has been the case when it comes to outsourced customer service and technical support functions. Despite the added costs that many times are experienced when these functions are maintained in house, some companies actually have pulled these functions in house regardless of the expense to make sure that the highest quality standards when it comes to customer service and support is maintained.

The net effect of movement out of India and the slowing down out outsourcing projects to that country is that India is becoming less of an outsourcing industry leader at this point in time. A number of other nations are hot on the heals of India when it comes to outsourcing efforts.

Other Alternatives

As suggested a moment ago, there are now alternatives to outsourcing to India. These outsourcing alternatives include:

In North America and throughout Europe, there are now companies that have been set up with the intent of trying to compete with some of the inexpensive operations that are operating in India. While these businesses cannot compete with India when it comes to the wages paid to employees, North American and European entities that are attempting to compete in the outsourcing marketplace are employing a broader range of technological advances that allows certain outsourced functions to be undertaken in a far more cost effective manner.

When looking to Europe for outsourcing, some of the nations in the eastern part of the continent have been particularly successful in meeting India head on. In some nations -- Romania, for example -- wages are lower than in other parts of Europe and North America. As a consequence, there are enterprises in these nations that have been able to compete fairly strongly with their Indian counterparts.

The Future

Businesses and other organizations will continue to use outsourcing services into the future. In this regard, there will be a wider range of outsourcing alternatives available to businesses and other organizations in the future.

More businesses and other organizations will consider domestic outsourcing enterprises when they are in needed of outsourcing services. In addition, those companies and other entities that chose to outsource internationally will be considering countries above and beyond India. While India will still obtain a significant share of outsourced business into the foreseeable future, other countries will continue to take an ever increasing share of the outsourcing market during the coming decade.

Average Indian Person Just Gets A Copy Of Pirated Windows Instead Of A Free And Legal Copy Of Linux

I came to India last December, and I have been in India for the last two and a half months or so. Before I came to India, I was expecting that there are a fair number of Linux users in India, but that is not the case at all. It seems that the average Indian person just gets a copy of pirated Windows instead of a free and legal copy of Linux; not many Indian people seem to be interested in Linux. Some may wonder why the average Indian person does not want to get a copy of free, legal and fully functional Linux, but there are good reasons why he/she prefers a copy of pirated Windows.

One of the biggest reasons is rather obvious; as far as the average Indian person is concerned, Windows is what he/she knows, and he wants to stick with what he knows. Just like in many other countries, the vast majority of people have been using Windows for the last ten years or so in India, and Windows has the strongest install base. As far as the average Indian person is concerned, Windows is THE OS. He simply does not bother about changing OS all of a sudden.

One of Linux's compelling features is the cost; Linux is free. However, as far as the average Indian person is concerned, there is no difference in cost between Linux and Windows, since he gets a copy of pirated Windows instead of an authorized and legal copy of Windows anyway. Also it is not that difficult to get a copy of pirated Windows in India. Most, if not, all computer shops around the country have copies of pirated Windows and they just install Windows free of charge.

The fact of the matter is that Linux can be a little more expensive than Windows in India. Since most, if not, all computer shops around India have copies of pirated Windows and they just install Windows free of charge, there is no extra cost to get a copy of pirated Windows for the average Indian person; however, he may need to get a CD from a Linux distributor to get a copy of Linux. Ordering the CD is not free; there is a cost. So, Linux can be a little more expensive than Windows.

Critical business applications still only run on Windows, and this is another big reason why the average Indian person prefers a copy of pirated Windows to a free and legal copy of Linux. For example, PhotoShop is a critical business application. Many photo stores use PhotoShop. Business cards are also designed using PhotoShop. PhotoShop is everywhere. However, there is no equivalent of PhotoShop available on Linux. (PhotoShop is available on Macintosh, but Macintosh is clearly more expensive than Windows and Linux. The difference in cost between Macintosh and the other two OSes Windows and Linux is too big).

Many of, if not, most of working professionals in India work with those outside of India; they are not necessarily in outsourcing businesses, but their businesses are often set up so that they collaborate with those outside of India. Compatibility is critical, and using Windows makes their life so much easier. They really do not have to think about creating files in different formats or learning differences between Windows and Linux. Business environment in India is different enough and there is no need to add more complexity in their business operations.

The government also has not made a lot of effort for poor communities to use Linux based thin clients and full-featured Linux, while they can greatly benefit from the use of Linux. While the government intervention is debatable, the government has not encouraged or forced businesses in India to use Linux.

Finally, young people who plan to work in IT are interested in learning more about Windows than Linux. They prefer to get MCSE and other Microsoft certificates than Linux certificates. Even when they study to get other certificates such as CCNA, they think in terms of what those certificates mean in Windows environment. Microsoft certificates generally give more job opportunities than Linux certificates, so they want to have Windows on their computers rather than Linux.

This article is not written to criticize Linux in any way; it is simply written to describe the IT environment in India. My guess is that many of those who live outside of India intuitively think that there are a fair number of Linux users in India because Linux is free; that was actually my intuition as well. However, once the role that Windows plays in India, in particular, in India's business environment, it becomes quite clear why Windows has a so much bigger install base in India than Linux.

Philippines Catching up with India in the Outsourcing Industry

Philippines Catching up with India in the Outsourcing Industry

 by: Winston Pepito

India, the dominant player in outsourcing touted as the back office of the world, would soon have to contend with a third-world rivalthe Philippines.

A highly skilled English-speaking labor force. A reliable telecommunications infrastructure. Low cost of qualified personnel. These are some significant reasons for choosing India or the Philippines for outsourcing support.

IT OUTSOURCING IN INDIA

India, a former colony of the British Empire for almost two centuries, has the second-largest IT talent pool in the world, a result of its Britain-influenced education system that places great emphasis on science and mathematics. With 120,000 trained IT professionals added to the Indian workforce yearly, India is gearing to be an IT giant in the third world and is ranked as the first choice of U.S. companies for software outsourcing. According to Nasscomm, a conglomerate of India-based software and services companies, Indian companies are software solution provider to more than half the Fortune 500 companies.

The launch of Indias first private undersea cable has tremendously improved the international bandwidth situation. In addition, considerable bandwidth is available with the state-owned Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited, partially owned by Indias largest business conglomerate. The privatization of telecom industry has also resulted in a significant drop in telecom rates. Observers predict that the entry of newer industry players will see a further drop in telecom prices. In the last ten years, telecom costs in India have dropped by 85 percent.

Over the years, India has built a strong brand equity as an attractive destination for software development and support. India is host to established IT companies such as IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Sun, HP, and Alcatel.

OFFSHORE DESTINATION: PHILIPPINES

But the Philippinesone of the worlds second-largest English-speaking populationsis fast catching up to India.

With a literacy rate of 94%, the Philippines has a large pool of information technology professionals and a cost-competitive telecoms infrastructure. The country ranks third in Knowledge and Information-based jobs in the 2002 Global Technology Index research done by the META Group. Three million college graduates join the workforce each year, providing a tremendous source of talent.

An American colony for close to 50 years, the Philippines has a Western-influenced culture, a unique trait that clearly distinguishes the country from other offshore destinations. Although Asian in orientation, Filipinos watch American TV and are thus able to communicate effectively in American English.

PHILIPPINES: CALL CENTER HUB

In recent years, the Philippines has become the offshore destination of choice for call center outsourcing, specializing in customer support services. Because of the Filipinos high level of English proficiency and strong customer orientation, many leading multinationals have used the Philippines as a global center for customer service. American OnLine, the largest U.S. Internet service provider, maintains a staff of 600 at its call center in Clark, Pampanga. Caltex, Procter & Gamble, Barnes and Noble, among others, have built large-scale service centers in the Philippines.

One very promising industry that has sought outsourcing support in the Philippines is the medical transcription business. The Philippines boasts a large talent pool of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and medical technologists. The demand for medical transcription has risen as U.S. hospitals are now required by federal regulations to convert medical records into data format. Seventeen medical transcription companies are now in operation, employing 1,200 Filipinos.

GIVING INDIA A RUN FOR ITS MONEY

While the Philippines may not be as a huge an offshore provider of web and software services as India, it holds great promise in the customer service industry. Although India does charge lower than the Philippinesfor data encoding work, India charges around $4 (U.S.) versus $10 in the Philippinesmore multinationals are choosing the Philippines because of the high quality of work. Moreover, Filipinos make good customer service agents not only because they are fluent in American English but also because of their helpful and friendly nature.

More companies are choosing the Philippines for offshore support. Among the services offered in Philippine-based outsourcing companies are copyediting and indexing; web design and maintenance; data conversion, data warehousing, data capture and data entry; OCR and scanning services; proofreading; encoding and keyboarding; imaging services and graphics design; call center and customer service; abstracting and document conversion; typesetting; and tagging, among others.

India Should Move With Caution On The Fijian Coup

India has done the right thing by reacting in a very cautious way to the coup in Fiji. The statement of the External Affairs Ministry is a pointer to this. The spokesman for the Ministry of External Affairs, Navtej Sarna, said, "We are saddened to learn about the turn of events in Fiji and hope that the rule of law will prevail and power will be returned to the people at the earliest." In a brief statement, Sarna said, "India greatly values its relations with Republic of Fiji Islands, a country with which we share historical and cultural links."

New Delhi's cautious response to the crisis in the South Pacific islands was based on the fact that this is the first coup which is not directed against the Indian community in Fiji. The issues, which have led to the coup, are two crucial bills the Prime Minister Laisinia Qarase sought to introduce. The first one was to provide amnesty to participants in the previous coup which had ousted the previous legitimate of Dr Mahendra Chaudhry, while the other related to fishing rights in coastal areas being given to indigenous Fijian Tribal landowners. If this two bills were passed it would have resulted in the people of Indian origin becoming a second rate citizen of that country. As land owing and fishing rights would have deprived the Indian community of its traditional business. Granting amnesty to the previous coup participants would have resulted in the political venerability of the Indian community. After coups in 1987 and 2000, over 100,000 Fijians of Indian origin have emigrated from Fiji between 1987 and April 2004, mainly to Australia, New Zealand, US and Canada. Prior to the 1987 coup the Indian community formed 51 % of the total population today it has come down to 44%.

The Indian community forms the backbone of the Fijian economy as most of them are in business related to tourism, sugar industry, plantations etc the rest are professionals. Passing of these two bills would have resulted the total isolation of the Indian community, as they would have become the object of hate and target .Now that the coup has been staged India should play its role well. Shrewd and fine art of diplomacy is the need of the hour for India now in relation to Fiji. India has to tread her path very cautiously as the coup have resulted in the overthrow of a democratically elected government at the same time she has to keep in mind the interest of the Indian community.

Fiji's multi-government comprised Qarase's Soqosoqo Duavata ni Lewenivanua (SDL) and the Fiji Labor Party (FLP) led by former Indo-Fijian Prime Minister Mahendra Chaudhry. Qarase, in a state-of-the-nation address around the same time as Bainimarama's announcement, however rejected the military takeover and said that he was still very much in charge. "Let me assure you, categorically, that under no circumstances will I resign as prime minister, or give advice to His Excellency (President Ratu Josefa Iloilo) to dissolve parliament. I am the democratically elected prime minister, appointed in accordance with the constitution, and the general election in May gave my party a clear majority in parliament."

Already Australia and New Zealand has imposed sanctions on Fiji after the coup .The United Nation has threatened to pull out the Fijian troops from UN peacekeeping mission and Britain has threatened to expel Fiji from the commonwealth. It is now time for the Indian government to act at the international level to ensure that democracy is restored in Fiji soon at the same time India should not loose the opportunity to bargain hard with the military controlled interim government there to restore the traditional rights of the Indian community so that they can get back their previous political and economic space in the Fijian society. The return of the Fijian Indians who left that country after the previous coups also should be settled once for all. Till India is able to achieve the rights of the people of Indian origin she should use all her diplomatic skills to ensure that Fiji is not isolated within the International community including the commonwealth as this could prove to very dangerous for the safety of the people of Indian origin in that country.

Tala Matrix

Tala Matrix
Call it an aggregation of some of the best contemporary percussionists: Trilok Gurtu, Zakir Hussain, and Asian Underground star Talvin Singh combine under the sonic washes of producer Bill Laswell to show the possibilities of Indian percussion. It's definitely a beatfest, but one of subtlety, where what is being said isn't as important as the way it's being stated, and the dialogue between hands includes a lot of silences. Gurtu comes from a more jazz tradition, Hussein a classical background, and Singh represents the brash young things of the dance floor. Mostly Laswell leaves it to them to provide the sonic entertainment, which is as it should be with delicate swathes of sound barely intruding, just coloring the proceedings. While it's not for everyone, those who love Indian percussion in all its forms will find this album a complete joy. --Chris Nickson

Can ByIndia Replicate the Success of Baidu? Web2 Corp Says Yes.

ByIndia is entering the Indian market much earlier in its development cycle, while the market is too small for major competitors. The company believes its product is by far the best in the market and can be rapidly improved to achieve a dominant, profitable position that will become immensely valuable as India's Internet user base and economic standards rapidly rise over the next decade.

It is no secret that India is on the cusp of an explosion in population and economic growth. Fueled by increasing numbers of skilled workers who speak English, India has begun to evolve from a center for outsourced services into a self-sustaining economy with an entrepreneurial drive. Infrastructure investments are slowly elevating the country's ability to compete on a global basis. As this cycle continues, standards of living in India are expected to rise to a point where the Indian market as a consumer of goods will be of major international importance within a decade.

The story sounds familiar. If you remove the English speaking aspect, this description could easily have fit China ten years ago. The elevation from a poor agrarian society to an industrial nation is a common theme, but India has some key advantages. It is already renowned for its ability to educate large numbers of highly skilled knowledge workers and it has open communications to the Internet where China is censored and managed. These two key aspects along with the English language have made India a powerhouse in the outsourced services sector enabled by the Internet.

Internet adoption by India's population is growing at a terrific pace with recent years showing a 200% annual increase to achieve current estimates of 37 million users. Though a small audience by comparison to China or the U.S., this group represents the wealthiest, most well educated group in India. It is Web2 Corporation's intent to place ByIndia directly in the path of that expanding group of users.

Web2 has established a great foundation for the creation of India's most useful and potentially popular Internet site. "Projections vary, but the underlying direction and pace of India's development is undeniable," said William Mobley, Chairman and CEO of Web2 Corp. "We expect that India will be the largest country by population in 2010. They are the fourth-largest country by number of Internet users today. We expect they will eclipse China for the first place ranking in that category as well. That is what drew us to this acquisition, we wanted to establish ourselves earlier in India's development cycle than Baidu was able to achieve in China. We can profitably operate today, but we are looking at the coming explosion of potential in five to ten years" continued Mobley.

Backing up his company's assertion are projections from numerous sources. One study, sponsored by Cisco Systems, projects the rapid continued globalization of the economy with the United States, China and India driving more than half of world's economic growth over the next fifteen years. It also projects that 471 million net new workers will enter the global workforce, with India accounting for a remarkable 30 percent (142.4 million). "America is just waking up to the fact that India is going to outpace China in growth and will become the third major economy of the world," said Mobley. "Suddenly India is in the press everywhere. We agreed with the assessments and knew we had to be there."

India's Internet market, while developing rapidly, is five or six years behind the U.S. in terms of user knowledge. "Many promotions and advertising mechanisms that have lived through their lifecycle in the U.S. are fresh to the Indian market," Mobley contends. "We plan to use these to promote ByIndia, but also to exploit them as revenue vehicles for the developing Internet economy there." ByIndia follows a classic advertising model that has been well refined by U.S. search engine operators over the last six years. "Our model blends the best of all the methods that have been deployed. That is the beauty of building a ground-up product. We can integrate all of the learning of our predecessors. Google has less flexibility to do so," he said.

Indian Cotton Shalwar Kameez Chikan Embroidery Womens Dress Orange Size M (slk271)

Indian Cotton Shalwar Kameez Chikan Embroidery Womens Dress Orange Size M (slk271)
Shalwar Kameez covers a woman's body in the way no other dress does. From neck to toe, Shalwar Kameez provides complete protection against sun rays in summer and against chill will in winter. It is also one of those rare dresses that fit in well equally for business and for casual wear. Each Shalwar Kameez comes with a long rectangular scarf that is meant to be draped from shoulders down. For those not so familiar with Indian dresses, Salwar is the bottom part of the dresss, in the form of trousers. There is a drawstring for tying at the waist level. Kameez, also known as kurta is the upper part of the dress, is in the form of a long shirt. Preferred length for kameez by most women is knee- length. Sleeves come in variable sizes sleeveless, short sleeve, half sleeve, three quarter sleeve, and full sleeve. The fabric is usually light weight, which is what makes this dress extremely comfortable. Since the dress is meant to be loose fit, it is very breathable too. ShalinCraft salwar kameez dress is unique as it is handcrafted by the traditional and skilled artisans of Gujarat and Lucknow. Gujarati and Lucknow textile artisans are well known for their adroit embroidery work, and it is very visible in each of ShalinCraft salwar kameez. Apart from embroidery, printing of the fabric too is distinguished. In most cases it is block print or tie dye print by hand. When you wear ShalinCraft Indian salwar kameez, you feel you are not just wearing a dress; you are wearing a work of art, a dress that has a soul.

Our Customer's View:
"Thankyou for the 2 salwar/khamees and Gujarat embroidered jacket that have arrived safely.I give quite a few of these away to friends for birthdays and so on, but this time I am not giving any away, I like them far too much!
